1. Delivery Coverage
NIRVA provides island-wide delivery services across Sri Lanka through trusted third-party courier and delivery partners.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location, accessibility, and courier service coverage.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
- Colombo and Suburban Areas: Approximately 2–3 working days.
- Other Areas in Sri Lanka: Approximately 2–4 working days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may require additional working days.
Working days generally exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
